Random tidbit from orientation:

While celebrating diversity (haha), international students were told to stand, one at a time, and say where they were from. After several people listed two countries, the woman in charge suddenly yelled "Wow, another one? We have so many slashers here!" There was an immediate outburst of uproarous laughter from something like twenty or thirty of the five hundred kids in my class, myself obviously included. Hahahahaha! Oh, it killed me. Everyone else looked around like they had no idea what was so funny.... those poor non-slashers.

Ehehehe that is hilarious. I rather disturbingly found out on our website today - www.songanddance.co.uk - that some people in my G&S group at uni slash Harry Potter... Sirius/Vernon. EW.
